Life is constantly messy and unorderly these days, it seems. So, I'm trying to find little ways to get a bit more structure going on with my habits. My new thing is finding time to just do free sketches on my tablet laptop. It's a lot less messy than paper and I love to just go crazy and scribble all over the screen...it feels so dirty and wrong!

Anyway...I just do one quick sketch after another and then delete them, I don't spend more than 5 minutes on any one sketch. It's more of a nice way to unwind than anything, but it does get my creative mind to come back for a little bit between constant retail retardedness and never-ending homework.

So, I save any sketches that I am feeling at the moment and I'll be posting one a week just to sort of remind myself to keep finding time to do free sketches. I think I'll just do it every Sunday. Anyway...here's this week's entry: It's Amphibiaboy.

Oh, and it's done in Corel Painter X in colored pencils, just fyi.
